Tables with parents and children with drag n drop ordering

Hi

Thanks for the great software in general!

I require the tables to have parents and children with drag n drop re-ordering e.g:

Row 1
Child 1 of row 1
Child 2 of row 1
Child 3 of row 1
Row 2
Child 1 of row 2
Child 2 of row 2
Child 3 of row 2

I know there is a plugin to sort the re-ordering but not sure about the parents and children part
