Responsive - How to remove the outline color of the tabindex0 cell not collapsed

Hi,

I'm using Responsive and Boostrap.

If the table is not collapsed (i.e. there is no hidden columns).
I'd like to remove the outline color of the tabindex=0 cell when clicking on it?
