Processing isn't shown

The processing div is not shown when property scrollCollapse is true
If I edit the HTML and set z-index to the div, this works normally.

The queries are complex using joins and unions and take 1-3 seconds to return a result.

The processing DIV does show when the table is being initialized but does not show in proceeding pagination calls

It's my testcase

For work correctly, I added the CSS div.dataTables_processing (commented in the sample)

• It's related to the scrollCollapse. If I change to false, works perfectly
• In previous version od Datatable(1.10.7), this works perfectly. ( like this )

The @ekennedy80 's bug occour for me too. The processing.dt don't fire on change the page.
