Advise for Using TablePress.

i want to start my new site about breach/leak/dumps happen in the world.
like Databreaches.net , Databases.land , viginalte.pw , ...
i research and found some of them using "WordPress with TablePress Plugin" and some using the "DataTable JS"

i am familar with WP+Plugin and i make a copy already ( but the problem is cause of alot of items , its hanged and lots of problems in just adding new items and ...
for DataTable i dont have any information.i have some questions.can you guys help me ? and is there anyone intersted to help me install this site ? i can donate some $ via bitcoin to that person.
Questions :
1-can i use DataTable for showing Big list ? for example site like Viginilate.pw have only ~3000 List.but i have more than 10000 and i need to post them.
2-is not freeze for add new items ? when i use TablePress Plugin its load all previos records and make alot of Hang,Freeze on admin panel for new Item.
3-any other advise for my project are welcome.
