Small Problem in the Scrollview

Hi all,
I am trying to create an scrollbar view for my table. which integrate the inline editing for rows. The function work correct, however, at the end of my scroll view, I found some blank space at the end as in the picture. Does anyone know what is the wrong with my scroll view?
