Having trouble with the select>blurable option

Hi,

I seem to be having issues with the blurable option in select, where is just simply doesn't work.
This is nothing new and usually I figure it out, but the real problem is that the example on this site:

Is also not working (it works in Chrome, but not Firefox or IE)

Am I missing something or is this an error in the select code?

Ah, good to know

Come to think of it, the Firefox version I'm using here is the ESR version, so maybe there is some problem with that.

Any chance on testing IE? (version 11)
