Excel button displays but doesn't actually produce excel files

Hello,
I have added an Excel button - to enable "export to excel" functionaliy. The button shows up on the UI. When user clicks the button, it display a "Save As" dialog box letting the user to select his file save location. When the user selects a location and clicks Save, no excel file is produced. The operation completes silently. No errors in browser console log either. DataTables debugger data is here. Can anyone kindly advise me what may be wrong and where to look for errors?

Hi Harsha,
Are you using the Flash buttons or HTML5? Unfortunately the debugger doesn't tell me which. It sounds like it might be the Flash version, but I'm not certain.
Can you link to the page showing the issue please?

Thanks for responding. It appears, both flash & html5 libs got included. I removed flash lib and the button works now.
