Who can I get to design / code a table for me?

Hello All
This is all gobbly gook to me I am not a developer or code writer, and haven't got time to get my head round it all, but this site is the first place that I have stumbled on what I am looking for - a table where I can reorder complete rows by drag and drop. I need a table producing that I can use for what I call a daily run sheet which has got approx 7 columns of various widths, and approx 15 rows, where I enter the name, location, postcode etc of deliveries that we are doing, but that need to be reordered as the round increases and changes, then be able to print if off. Excel is rubbish for things like this. Where can I get someone to produce a table for me?

Your best bet is probably to post a freelance job listing on ODesk, Elance or similar. There are lots of people there who will be able to help and have experience working with DataTables.
