Datatables upgrade

Hello,

I used datatables debug and got report that below have new version available,

DataTables A new version (1.10.16) is available.
Buttons A new version (1.4.1) is available.
ColReorder A new version (1.4.0) is available.
KeyTable A new version (2.3.1) is available.
RowReorder A new version (1.2.2) is available.

But in download builder, there are no new version, all are old version,

So question is, is it really available?

Yes, they are available via the CDN - but I haven't released them on the download builder yet as I am going to be making some changes to it early next week. The updated versions will be available via the download builder at that point.
