@allan, the download builder and the Editor download page are inconsistent. The former has Editor 1.6.4 and the latter Editor 1.6.5 for download. Is that a problem or not?
Its not a problem as such - I just haven't updated the download builder for the latest releases yet. I am planning to make some changes to the download builder at the start of this week, which is why I haven't immediately released the latest software there as well.
