Hello,
I am using Editor 1.6.4 with Bootstrap styling. If i use standalone editor where i add simple text fields using custom button i have problem, that i get partially unstyled input (missing form-control class). Rest seems to work well. Is it bug or am i doing something wrong?

Editor's standalone examples show which are the necessary CSS files. Have you checked?
Sorry i forgot to mention it. I have all necessary javascript and CSS for default Editor experience.
All styling is working fine, except that mentioned case (adding field by custom button after modal dialog is displayed). I fixed it using custom field plugin.
