I 've 1200 rows in my tables so it taking very long time(more 2 min) to whole data to load.

2 minutes is an amazing amount of time! Do you not get a whole bunch of warnings saying that a script is running slowly? It certainly shouldn't take nearly that long to render than many rows - on my machine it can do that many in a fraction of a second. What browser are you using? We have noticed before that IE will take a long time to initialise when the table is hidden - but even then 2 minutes is a very long time.
