Is the latest DataTable version compatible with child-row functionality (row-details) ?

I am trying to implement Fixed Columns functionality of dataTables but its not working with row-details if we click on row in fixed columns.

According to the compatibility matrix those two features are not compatible.

For DataTables (the question in your post's title), yes it will work fine. For the question in the message itself, as Kevin indicates, no, the two are not supported together.
