using col filters and Themeroller

I can't find any examples of column filters when Themeroller is used. I did see this example where a set of filters exist in a separate table (http://fantasysportstools.net/drafttool), is it possible to use column filters within the tfoot if using Themeroller?

I don't really see why it would make any difference if if Themeroller is enabled or not. It should certainly work just fine.
