Modification of datetime dialog

Please modify the datetime dialog in a way that the dropbox is replaced in a way that the year is more flexibel.

For example like you can now scroll through the months with the left and right icon, except then by adding an extra left and right icon for the year. This will solve some inflexibility issues with the current dialog (limited with + and - 10 years).

You can actually use the yearRange option of the datetime field type to increase the range to be whatever you want.
