Rebuild sort search array after dom manipulation

Hallo everybody!
When I update a cell with the fnUpdate-function there are no problems: The sort array will be rebuilt and the sorted column refreshes.
But when I update a cell via dom manipulation manually, it does not. A fnDraw(true) call does not help.
Has anybody a solution for this issue and can help me? How can I say: Read this datatable sort/search array again and refresh column-sort?
