Can't Reorder after reinitialise datatable?

hi....I created datatable with colreorder,in that datatable 2 columns(name and position) is not visible and If i click button iam destroying datatable and recreated for making visible the 2 columns(name and position).My issue is i cant reorder the 2 visible columns(Name and position) after i click the button.i ask this qn before without jsfiddle now i added hope someone help me.
