I have 2 testcase,here the first link http://live.datatables.net/nehepeto/1/edit in this test case iam using datatable 1.9.4,ColVis 1.1.2 , i created datatable with 100 columns.if i click showall it works fine all the columns visible in 1 sec.
here my another link http://live.datatables.net/soyahata/7/edit in this test case iam using datatable 1.10.16,ColVis 1.1.2,my issue is i created datatable with same 100 columns in that i click showall it takse 4sec to visible all columns,can anyone give solution for this

I would strongly suggest you change from using ColVis to using Buttons. ColVis is legacy software and is no longer supported.

That's for the test case. Chrome's inspector shows me that it is taking .5 seconds to draw all columns when the "show all" button is pressed. I'm not sure how much I can improve on that to be honest.
