Green button to show fields is not displayed

I use bootstrap 4 with DataTables 1.10.16

I try to use responsive datatable

At the left, I have a menu centry vertically, on the right, I display page related to the menu

If the table become small, green circle is not displayed...

Seem like h-100 is causing issue.
