If I want to change the value of a cell, then when the input appears, the old value is deleted, and I can only enter the new value. Is it possible to do something like this so that when you enter a new value, it is added to the old one in the input?

What you describe (value being removed) doesn't happen in this example.
Could you give me a link to a page showing the problem please?

This is exactly what I need. But I used KeyTable extension and i need to do it when "key-focus" event is fired.
I'm afraid I don't really understand. This example uses KeyTable to provide inline editing.
