Can one get the full documentation in PDF for download. Difficult to get to know the product as not always able to be online.

Sorry - at the moment the documentation is not available offline. There are XML sources available that you could potentially use, but its not all that easy to read!
Making offline ready documentation is one of the things on my todo list.
