Sort Arrows Duplicated in First Row

First of all, yes, I know this is a duplicate thread, but the others are old and don't provide an example for Alan to look at.

This is using DataTables 1.10.16 and Bootstrap 4.1.1

Also, the little blue + isn't quite vertically centered. I know how much of a perfectionist you must be.

That does answer the main issues. Hopefully the blue + indicator vertical alignment issue is fixed as well.
