Yes - the customize callback of the excelHtml5 button type lets you modify the created spreadsheet. It is a little tricky since you need to modify the XML of the spreadsheet itself, but this example might help.

For full formatting options check the excelHtml5 documentation. if the style you want isn't in the list of built in styles, you'd need to use the customize callback to add it to the spreadsheet as well.

@colin Those examples do NOT show how to add styles NOT BUILT IN. @ManiPS is asking for an example that uses styles NOT BUILT IN, but in the examples you posted the styles are BUILT IN. Please advise.
