Definitely a newbie- Question None of the examples, great as they are, show the complete html page, where do you place, or how do you use the initializing javascript. Everything else is loaded. But can't find the proper place for the initializing script.
I would live to see a full page as an example - full page zero configuration.

Use the above link and follow these steps to see the result in an independent web page.
In the web page click on File > Clone. Then in the section where the output (table) is you will see an arrow pointing up and to the right. Click that it will open the page in a new tab. In the new tab go to the developer tools and view the source of the page.
