Trying to stylize DataTables using Bootstap 3 in Drupal 7

I'm using Drupal 7 with the DataTables module installed and it works great, but I need to stylize it with Bootstrap 3, which is integrated into my theme. How (and where) do I add the bootstrap css files that would allow that? Do I need to do anything else?

I haven't used Drupal, but this page here looks like it should help, it's discussing where to put the CSS,
