How would I use DataTables with CouchDB view interface?

CouchDB has a restful HTTP API. Has anyone successfully used DataTables with CouchDB?

I've not used it myself, but assuming you get JSON data back from and XHR (assuming you want to use XHR) then you can use the options in DataTables 1.8 to consume virtually any JSON data source: http://datatables.net/blog/Extended_data_source_options_with_DataTables
