Multiple CheckBox in Multiple cell

Hello Guys
I need your help.

I would like to build a datatable as shown in the picture.
The (x) represents the selection i made. The (x) can also be a checkbox.

What i need is a datatable with multiple checkboxes in multiple cells, just like in excel

If you use columns.render you can put anything you like in the cells.
