Im from pakistan i wanna buy solo package but and i have 17000 pkr in my account but its asking me about i dont have insufficient balance in my account anyone can help me please

What help are you expecting?
At current exchange rates, 17000 pkr is not enough to purchase the Editor.
now a have added more that is enough for it but now its asking card declined now what to do

We've exchanged a few e-mails about this today. As I said there, you'd need to talk to your bank about this. Its possible they blocked it as it is an international transaction.
