You have to purchase the Editor extension for that to be removed. Editor is an extension to DataTables - it's the only component with a license.

my company still dont have a budget to buy a license. so they decided not to use editor for now.. so how to prevent that alert in showing? i already remove the editor. i only using the datatable only right now
You'll need to remove the included JS script reference too. Look at your links - it'll probably be in there.
