Datatables Editor and Bootstrap Focus on Button when remove is pressed

If you try this example:
https://editor.datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap.html
And click delete, the focus isn't in the delete button new dialog box. Why ?
If you check the other non boostrap examples the focus is present.
Is this a bug ?
Is there a way to fix it ?
