bVisible false destroys PDF-Layout

If I choose via "mColumns" specified columns for the pdf-export-file AND if one of these colums are set to "bVisible": false (in aoColumns), the pdf file looks really terrible. Every script is in the newest (beta) version. Shell I post a screenshot or do you understand the problem?^^
