How can I use the Edit timepicker outside Datatables editor

I use the timepicker (https://editor.datatables.net/examples/dates/time.html) when editing records in jqDT editor. Is there a way to use it outside a jqDT editor? i.e in a standalone form input? It does exactly what I need and it is a very user friendly interface

Sort of. It isn't really intended for that, so it isn't publicly documented, but it is possible - see this thread. There are a couple of other threads on the topic as well if you search for $.fn.dataTable.Editor.DateTime.
