Don't Receive Draw value in server side

I send the ajax data tables server-side request
it fetches all the value and display. But the display is not in a proper format. it shows all the records even I try to search the result but nothing happen it send the request but again fetch all the records means search not perform and also filtration not work.

when I open the chrome network debug I see that the ajax request send the draw 1,2,3 etc but in response, 
the draw is  always 0 not change.  
I try many things and also include data tables properly
