Scrollbar style pagination segment

I have clients who need to be able to jump to a specific page and they want an easy way to do it in the datatable UI. Their user story is that they have 100 pages of data to go through and they process information data on pages 1 through 14 on day 1, then on day 2 they want to come back and jump right to page 15 because they know that's where they want to start off.

Here is a paging plugin that allows the use to type the page number:

Not a scroller based solution but may be worth looking at.
