How to add a custom worksheet while excel export?

I know how to add an empty worksheet for excel while import but I am looking to add a template worksheet to be picked up by data tables to be added in my excel export and replace my empty worksheet with the template worksheet.

By template worksheet I am referring to a Saved excel worksheet which I am looking to pull while exporting excel.
