concatenated filters

in this example (here) I would like to put chained filters ... example when in column 1 (position) I select "Data Coordinator" in the select of column 2 (office) there should be only "Edinburgh". I put everything inside a callBack variable using in the column "columns (n, {search: 'applied'})", but when should I call it? I thought the right event was "drawCallback", but everything crashes, where am I wrong?
