How to repeat row while exporting excel data based on a particular column value in a particular row

1 Jasper-A A Ground Floor R001 1694 2
2 Jasper-A A Ground Floor R002 1695 2
3 Jasper-A A Ground Floor R003 1696 2

How can I repeat the 1st row 1 time when the Number of Bed is 2 and repeat the corresponding row 2 times when the number of bed is 3.

This functionality should be implemented while exporting data in Excel format.

How can I implement this functionality using Export options in Excel format.

Any help in this respect would be appreciated.
