search bar and other features have vanished

This page used to contain that handy table-top search bar and row selection (eg 25/50/100 rows). it also used to collapse with those little green plus icons when scaling

all these features have vanished.

possible causes:

1. enabled bootstrap for the dismissable alert on that page in the same dev session

2. i batch updated all other plugins on wordpress in the same dev session

3. i'm running the "inline google spreadsheet viewer" plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/inline-google-spreadsheet-viewer/) which hasn't been tested with current version of wordpress. (it has worked since the last plugin update so it's probably not that)

Any help would be appreciated!

UPDATE: The search bar and row selection are back, but it still doesn't scale down to the expandable rows with the green plus signs.

There's some console errors on that page - see here:

Plus it looks like you're including the same scripts several times. I'd look at those first.
