Why aren't the latest versions of datatables and plugins / extensions on cdnjs.com?

I'd like to manage my client side libraries with libman in visual studio. The only supported providers are cdnjs.com, unpkg, and jsdelivr. I was trying to install the colreorder extension but the latest version on those providers is 1.2.0. how often are these updated on the various cdns?
