Semantic UI not loading correctly

So I am working with a client where we have a DataTable set up with SemanticUI.
The styling works as it should (most of the time). However, it seems that occasionally the load of SemanticUI fails.
The styling is loaded, but the HTML elements aren't updated appropriately.

I've attached a few screenshots showcasing the issue.

How it looks (most of the time):

Does anyone know why this occurs? We've replicated the issue both on my client's end and mine - both in Chrome and Firefox.

Any help would be much appreciated.
