Compatibility fixedHeader with ScrollX > solve but not totaly tested

Hi,

Due to a requierement of my company I have implement a new version of the FixedHeader to be usable with the ScrollX and fixedColumns.

I have suppress the mecanique that destroy and recreate the real header and footer because there is side effect, And after test my new solution still work with not scrolled DataTable. But perhaps there is a special case that I haven't see.

I wanted to share the code but:
I download the github project: https://github.com/DataTables/FixedHeader
But I do not see how to use it to run the sample because all file are at xml and not html format like in https://github.com/DataTables/DataTables

Is there a wiki to know how use those xml files?

I joint the result (remove the .txt extension) perhaps it will help some people.
