Help getting the Ajax data working

I'm trying to follow this example:

https://datatables.net/examples/ajax/simple.html

but its not working. When I load the html file, I get "Loading...", and then when I click a button "No data is available".

Have I copied the code wrong?

Your HTML needs tbody tags.
