KeyTable get is enabled state

Hi, is it possible to get the enabled/disabled state of the KeyTable?

For example after using keys.disable() a api call like keys.isEnabled() should return false.

There isn't a test, but yep, that's a good suggestion. I've raised it internally (DD-1280 for my reference) and we'll report back here when there's an update.
