Adding footerCallback output in DOM between Show entries and Search option

Tried different options and tried to append the footerCallback output in DOM between Show All entries and Search option without any success. By any means is it possible. I want to remove footerCallback to be shown from footer and displayed at the top. This was necessary since I have All option enabled in Show All entries and when the entries are running in 1000's then viewing the footer become tedious.
