http://www.datatables.net/release-datatables/examples/data_sources/ajax.html refers to 'aData', do you mean 'aaData' ?

I also don't see aaData called out in either http://www.datatables.net/usage/options or http://www.datatables.net/ref

Wowzers! I'm not sure how I missed that for all this time - well spotted and thanks for flagging it up :-). Both the options and the reference page are driven from the same database, so now that I've added it, it shows up in both: http://www.datatables.net/ref#aaData .

Also fixed the typo in the ajax.html example - you are quite right it should reference aaData.
