Data overlapping in small screens

Hi guys,

Tearing my hair out with this one.

I have a table which, on a desktop PC looks fantastic.

But when I view it on a mobile phone, some of the cell data, if it is particularly large, is overlapping into the next column.

Here is an example of what I mean:

Interstingly, if I put the same mobile phone into landscape mode, it is fine:

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
