multilevel rowGroup with more than 3 groups

I don't know if it's a known limit of the rowGroup extension (in the manual I don't see any reference to any limit), but is there a reason why if I create more than 3 groups, from the 4th group (the tr with class "dtrg-level-3") the group heads are rendered differently from the previous ones? They are rendered as the first group head but without the bold style on the text. Here's a fiddle.

Thanks for reporting. I'd say level 2 needs more indenting too. I've raised it internally (DD-1388 for my reference) and we'll report back here when there's an update.

I've just added some styling for up to level 5 grouping.
