redraw server side data-table with the datepicker date posted via user.

i want to send dates (from and to) via post method(PHP) to the query and redraw the server side data-table based on the user input. how to achieve that. Error- draw undefined, as while posting dates draw(like data,length etc.) parameter is not send by the table.
