Questions Related to DataTables Print Function

Hi

1. How can i style the document title? the title that appears in page 1 right above the table

2. When I set a photo for background, it's only shown in page 1 of printed document. How can i repeat it in every page?

3. Even If I only have 2 rows in a table, and even if it needs half a page to print. The file always come with one extra empty page. How can i get rid of that?
