Summary
Error scrolling table when combining keytable and FixedColumns.

Steps to Reproduce
- Step 1: Click Airi - Column First name
- Step 2: Click keyboard down arrow to move the cell
- Step 3: Check result.

Thanks for that test case, that makes it clear, and yep, I agree, something looks very wobbly there. I've raised it internally (DD-1423 for my reference) and we'll report back here when there's an update.
